NORWAY — Pennesseewassee Lake Outlet, from the dam at Main Street downstream to the dam at Route 26, is open to fishing only for persons under the age of 16 for the months of April and May. It is restricted to two lines per person with a daily bag limit on trout of two fish.

The Lake Pennesseewassee Park Spring Clean-Up and Art Gouin Norway Clean Up Day are being held on the first Saturday of May from 8 a.m.-noon. People are asked to either come to the Park or meet at the town parking lot next to LF Pikes to sign up for a street and obtain trash bags.

A block party will follow the clean up. It will be held in the parking lot behind the fare Share from noon-2 p.m. Music will be provided by a DJ, Ari's will have pizza for sale and the Ganderia School will provide games for children.
