Hebron Academy field hockey team edged out

KENTS HILL - Hebron Academy girls' varsity field hockey team played Kents Hill in a MAISAD Championship game with the final score Kents Hill 2, Hebron 1.

In the first period, Katherine Bowie scored for Kents Hill, assisted by Maya Bentley, at 27:49 and Kim Vigneau scored for Hebron, assisted by Natalie Maciejewski, at 5:24.

Ashley Doyle scored for Kents Hill in the second period at 27:42.

Kents Hill had 17 penalty corners; Hebron had one.

Hebron goalie Mariah Mosher had 10 saves on 12 shots; Abby Bowie had five saves on six shots for Kents Hill.

Kents Hill is the MAISAD Champion.
