NORTH NORWAY — Listening to the wind today one would think we were in a major blizzard. Guess we escaped the snow but although I am substantial I will not be going out to be buffeted by the gale that is blowing.

Dell has been to his exercise therapy, bought the weekly groceries and had his hair cut while I dawdled over my breakfast and a cup of tea. There is little to report this week. Not being a twit who tweets or has a Facebook page, I do not keep up with things unless I go out.

Dell Parker and Ruthanne joined us for lunch yesterday (Thursday), then we practiced for an hour. It was a good practice and I am pleased. Thanks Dell!

  • North Norway

NORTH NORWAY — We feel quite spring like this morning. The nice couple from Connecticut brought us some Forsythia branches when they were up and I have been forcing them. This morning they are showing yellow blooms.

Warren has had his kidney transplant and is just a chipper and upbeat as he can be. Attitude plays a good part in recovery and he certainly has a positive one. We are very happy things turned out so well.
