THRIFTY GIFT Shop Grand Opening Proceeds benefit the Families in Crisis Task Force. 10 a.m.-5 p.m. at 659 Park St. (Rte. 26), So, Paris, 3 miles north from the Market Sq. Rotary headed toward W. Paris. It is the 2nd thrift shop on the right, right after Tax Choice. HONORING BEN HULL and Celebrating Poetry Month Hosted by the Mountain Poets Society. 7 p.m. at Norway Memorial Library. Reading will honor poet Ben Hull. Free commemorative bookmarks that combine a photo of Ben and one of his favorite poems will be available to all who attend. There will also be a glass-case display of some of Ben’s poems, postcards, letters, and watercolors at the Library throughout the month of Dec.
