Jan 24, 2013 12:00 amOXFORD — At the Rock-O-Dundee Riders' monthly meeting on Monday, January 14, attendance was down, only 13, so it has started a Pot-of-Gold for members who are current.
They do like the MSA and put the names in a drawing; you must be present to win. They are starting out with $5 (which was donated by Dan Dubois from his 50/50 winnings), and add $5 each month. At their annual cookout in June (the last meeting of the year) they will draw until they get a winner.
The cost to the club will be $50 per year; hopefully this will up attendance, time will tell.
