Cardio Sculpting – This ongoing series combines low-impact moves with weight training targeting major muscle groups while addressing hard to reach spots. Tuesdays from 5 to 6 p.m. with Ian Barclay.
Core and Sweat – This ongoing series led by Ian Barclay features weight training targeting major muscle groups while addressing hard to reach spots. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8 to 9 a.m.
Baseball Hall of Fame seeks nominations

Hebron hockey defeats NYA
Feb 07, 2013 12:00 amHEBRON — Hebron Academy boys' varsity soccer team hosted North Yarmouth Academy recently with a final score of Hebron 4, NYA 1.
In the second period, Hebron goals were scored by Yannick Martel, assisted by Raphael Blouin, at 11:11 and Ollie Frenette, assisted by Bryan Parsons, at 6:19. For NYA, Chapman scored, assisted by Ackerman, at 2:27.
Third period goals, both for Hebron, were scored by Blouin, assisted by Mike Kelly, at 10:18 and Matt Bouchard, assisted by Jackson Parker, at 9:47.

The club opens the derby to all area lakes and ponds. Fish need to be weighed in at the Little Red School House on Norway Lake between the hours of sunrise and sunset.

Feb 07, 2013 12:00 amBRIDGTON — Public skating will be held at the Bridgton Academy Ice Arena for the month of February on Sundays, from 12 to 2 p.m.; Tuesdays, from 12 to 2 p.m. and Saturdays,from 2 to 4 p.m.
During February vacation, skating will be on Monday, February 18, from 12 to 2:30 p.m.; Tuesday, February 19, from 12 to 2:30 p.m.; Thursday, February 21, from 12 to 2:30 p.m. and Friday, February 22, from 12 to 2:30 p.m.
Stick and Puck times will be every Sunday, from 3 to 5 p.m. (Helmets are mandatory.)
