Hebron varsity falls to Tilton
Feb 02, 2012 12:00 amHEBRON — Hebron Academy boys' varsity "B" hockey team hosted Tilton varsity "B" recently with a final score of Hebron 1, Tilton 3.
In the first period, Jeremy Chorosey scored for Tilton, unassisted, at 4:19.
Second period goals were scored by Reilly Fallon for Hebron, assisted by Nikita Klinisovs, at 13:59; Andrew Myhre for Tilton, assisted by Danny Notze, at 6:41 and Chorosey for Tilton, assisted by Sean Haines, at 4:26.
Tilton goalie Kanoa Cook had 36 saves on 37 shots; Hebron's Nick Kesaris had 26 saves on 29 shots.

Coulton Williams, assisted by Jeff Labbe, at 14:39 and Greg Labbe, assisted by Jake Bosse, at 10:24.
In the second period, Greg Labbe scored for Hebron, assisted by Ryan Ratsep, at 10:01.
In the third period, DJ Nicholas scored for NYA, assisted by Ben Storey, at 9:09 and Greg Labbe scored for Hebron, unassisted, at 2:33.
OHMS 8th grade boys score win over Tripp
Jan 26, 2012 12:00 amSOUTH PARIS — Oxford Hills Middle School 8th grade boys basketball team hosted tripp Middle School on Thursday, January 19, with a final score of Oxford Hills 42 Tripp 26.
Leading scorers for Oxford Hills were Andrew Fleming with 12 points, Blake Slicer with nine points and Bailey West with eight points. For Tripp, Billy Bedard had 10 points and Julian Kirovak had six points.
Oxford Hills is 8-0; Tripp is 0-8.
Hebron girls defeated by Proctor

First period goals for Proctor were scored by Davis, assisted by Norton, at 6:12 and Adair, assisted by Sweeny, at 4:31.
Second period goals for Proctor were scored by MacDougall, assisted by Christie, at 14:23 and Gosselin, unassisted, at 4:55.
Hebron goalie Colleen Mitchell had 29 saves on 33 shots; Proctor goalie Crawford had 27 saves on 27 shots.
From Pee Wee to varsity ... the fun of it all
Jan 26, 2012 12:00 amAREA — Shooting, dribbling, making friends; that’s just part of the experience of Pee Wee Basketball at Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School (OHCHS).
The high school gym is full of tiny little dribblers Sunday, as they stretch and hop, warming up for an hour of fun and learning.
Eager kids, ages 3-7, appear to have a blast running around, passing the ball, shooting hoops and dribbling during the round-robin format every Sunday in this four-week program.

Freshman boys split
Jan 26, 2012 12:00 amSOUTH PARIS — Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School freshman boys basketball team hosted both Edward Little and Lewiston on Saturday, January 21.
In the first game, Oxford Hills defeated Edward Little 48-45. Oxford Hills was led by Pat Macro with 16 points and Jared Eastman with 12 points.
In the second game, Oxford Hills lost to Lewiston, 39-54. Oxford Hills was led by Jared Eastman's 11 points and Demetrius Rodriguez's eight points. Lewiston was led by Quintarian Brown's nine points.

Leading scorers for Oxford Hills were Andrew Fleming with 30 points, Blake Slicer with 14 points and Jake Beauchesne with 11 points. For Auburn, scorers included CJ Jipson with 14 points and Austin Cox with 10 points.
Oxford Hills has record of 7-0; Auburn has a record of 3-3.
