    BETHEL — SCORE Business Planning Workshops are presented by Oxford Hills Chapter of SCORE, Small Business Dev. Center, AVCOG and Community Concepts. Subjects include business plan, marketing, cash flow and financing. The $50 fee includes one person and business partner.

    The first workshop will be on Wednesday, March 16, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.; other workshops will be presented on consecutive Wednesdays for four weeks. Workshops will be held at Telstar high School. To register, call MSAD 44 Adult Education at 824-2780.
