Maine home sales decrease in March
Apr 28, 2011 12:00 amSOUTH PORTLAND — Maine home sales slowed in March 2011, compared with March 2010. According to the Maine Real Estate Information Service, Inc. (MREIS), statewide single-family existing home sales decreased 20.74% compared with March 2010. Maine’s medium sales price (MS) of $159,700 reflects a 3.15% decrease in that same time period. The MSP indicates that half of the homes were sold for more and half sold for less.

Race cars were on display outside for visitor's viewing pleasure and inside a crew works on a race car. Visitors were able to walk through the garage were multiple race cars were being worked on.

Bedard Medical Campus, currently under construction on Minot Avenue in Auburn, is being built on an EPA/Brownfields Program site. The City of Auburn used the Brownfields grant to determine the level of mitigation required.
