Dale W. Robinson
Feb 28, 2013 12:00 amPARIS — Dale W. Robinson, 76, of South Paris, passed away peacefully on February 5, 2013 following a long and courageous battle with Parkinson's disease.
He was born in Locke Mills on October 23, 1936, the youngest son of Gerald and Carrie (Cole) Robinson. He graduated from Norway High school in 1955, and went on to complete a machinist apprenticeship program with Pratt & Whitney in East Hartford, CT. He married Nancy Haverinen of South Paris on May 28, 1965.
Barbara E. Witham
Feb 28, 2013 12:00 amPARIS — Barbara E. Witham, 78, of South Paris passed away on Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at her home. She was born in Andover on April 4, 1934, daughter of Henry and May (Goodwin) Porter.
She was a homemaker. Years ago she taught Sunday School in Andover. She and her husband owned and operated A&W New and Used Goods and Redemption Center in Rangeley.
Louis M. Hoskins
Feb 28, 2013 12:00 amLACONIA, NH — Louis M. Hoskins, 81, passed away February 8, 2013 after battling cancer for the last year. He was born September 7, 1931. He lived in the Norway and Paris area for many years.
Mr. Hoskins is survived by his wife, Virginia (Ginny) Hoskins of Laconia, NH; his daughters, Sharon Roach of Spring Branch, TX, Brenda Stearns of South Paris and Joanne Bankston of Charlotte, NC; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, Robert L. Hoskins.
