She was born in Boston, MA on September 9, 1936, the daughter of James and Mildred Shepard Robinson. She graduated from Randolph High School and Boston University. She had been employed as a bookkeeper for Saunders Florist in Lewiston for 29 years. She also worked at Cumberland Farms in Mechanic Falls.

May 16, 2013 12:00 amANDOVER — Funeral services for Mrs. Dorothy Jean Mills of Andover were conducted Wednesday, May 8, at the Andover Congregational Church in Andover. Officiating were Rev. Jane Rich and Pastor Kenneth Wagstaff. Organist was Mrs. Linda Dyer.
Music selections included “In The Garden” and “Amazing Grace.” “I’ll Meet You In The Morning” was sung by the church choir. Special music sung by pianist Linda Dyer were “I Believe” and “His Eye is on the Sparrow.”

Gloria loved the ocean, fishing and watching her birds.
