The Shoppe also features regular cards, toys, housewares, tools, books, records, jewelry and pet supplies. The proceeds from Pawsibilities provide necessary funding for RPC Animal Shelter.

Western Maine Legislative Caucus to hold forum
Feb 10, 2011 12:03 amFARMINGTON — The Western Maine Legislative Caucus Series invited all citizens to a free breakfast and public forum on February 18, from 7 to 9:30 a.m. at the Olsen Student Center’s north dining hall at the University of Maine, Farmington. The snow date is February 25.
Laurie Lachance and Dana Connors will present “Making Maine Work: The Role of Maine’s Public University System.” Laurie Lachance is president and CEO of the Maine Development Foundation, and Dana Connors is the president of the Maine State Chamber of Commerce.

This show gives local businesses the opportunity to display their products and services to homeowners and those looking to buy or build. The CLC YMCA has hosted several shows in the past with great success including the Holiday Bazaar, Business to Business Show and the Energy Show. Based on past numbers, they project that more than 2000 people will attend the show over the two-day period.
