    • Two arrested following Legion baseball game

      PARIS — Two 19-year-olds were arrested following an altercation with an off-duty police officer after a Legion baseball game on Thursday.

      Sean Mulrenin and Austin Wood, both 19, of Casco and Naples respectively, were arrested at the Gouin Athletic Fields in Paris after allegedly attempting to start a fight with a baseball player and then Paris Police Officer Nathan Bowie.

      "They were verbally harassing an outfielder from the opposing team, and the confrontation spilled out into the parking lot after the game," said Bowie.
