Otisfield Aspire Higher Scholarship winners

ASPIRE HIGHER WINNERS - Three students from the Otisfield Community School received $100 Aspire Higher scholarships at a recent school assembly as a result of walking in this year’s Oxford Hills Homecoming/Aspire Higher parade on September 25.
