Poland Spring Academy students visit corn maze

OXFORD - Students at Poland Spring Academy recently traveled to Harvest Hill Farm in Poland. They wandered through the corn maze, played games, received pumpkins, and learned about farming of corn and pumpkins during this educational and fun trip. They learned the distinction between a maze (puzzle) and maize (corn). The entire school – students, faculty, and administration – made the trip.

Poland Spring Academy is a small nonprofit school offering education from Kindergarten through 12th grade. The school’s philosophy is to provide an individualized curriculum to each student, taking his or her unique needs into account. Many students who don’t thrive in other educational settings can flourish in an environment that provides many approaches tailored to each student.
