Christian Academy holds harvest banquet

BANQUET SERVERS — Nolan Kilfoyle and Dakota Larson, culinary arts students from Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School, serve their delicious fare to Jess and Phil Richardson, who attended OHCA's Harvest Banquet.

SOUTH PARIS — On November 13, Oxford Hills Christian Academy held its third annual harvest banquet and auction at the Four Seasons Banquet Center on Main Street in South Paris. The evening began with appetizers served during the course of a silent auction, then continued with a buffet meal prepared and served by the culinary arts students from Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School as part of their senior project. Entertainment was provided by vocalist and keyboard player Joe Cormier. Auctioneer Jerry Major then led the remainder of the evening in a live auction. Over a hundred items were donated from area businesses and auctioned off. The money raised from the event was to help with operating expenses of the academy.
