Central Maine Community College offers professional bartending course

AUBURN — The Corporate and Community Services Department at Central Maine Community College will offer a bartending course on Wednesday evenings, January 12 through March 16, from 6 to 9 p.m. The cost is $350 and includes all materials.

Students will learn the basics of professional bartending and mixology and its application in restaurants, clubs and function facilities. This course also includes the Maine Course, a six-hour seminar in the responsible service of alcohol as required by the State of Maine Liquor Commission and the Department of Human Services.
