Project management course offered

AUBURN — The Corporate and Community Services Department at Central Maine Community College will offer Advanced Project Management on Tuesdays, April 12 and 19, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The cost is $255 and includes all materials.

In this course participants will explore the methods of dealing with management, relationships, communication and control as they relate to project management. This advanced course combines descriptive text with discussions, analysis of cases and shared knowledge among the participants. An understanding of the essential concepts of project management is helpful but not required for this class.
