FARMINGTON — The following cases were closed recently in Franklin County Superior Court:
Zachary R. Heath, 23, West Farmington, 25 counts of criminal mischief, five counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 10 counts of burglary on June 17, 2008, original probation violation withdrawn, sentenced to 90 days for each of 30 counts; sentenced to three years-all but six months suspended, probation two years, restitution of $8,595.18 for all burglary charges.
Matthew Kerr, 21, New Sharon, burglary on May 7, 2009, probation violation, sentenced to 39 days, probation partially revoked and continued.
Michael E. Kidd Jr., 21, Chesterville, robbery, kidnapping, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, two counts of burglary, criminal threatening with dangerous weapon on Oct. 31, 2011, no disposition.
Scott Kidder, 32, Chesterville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, burglary on Sept. 22, 2011, sentenced to three years, probation two years on first charge; sentenced to six months on second charge.
Steven J. Knockwood, 37, Jay, cultivating marijuana on March 20, 2010, probation violation, sentenced to 47 days, probation partially revoked and continued.
Steven J. Knockwood, 37, Jay, unlawful possession of oxycodone on Jan. 7, found guilty, fined $1,000.
Glendon Ladd, 23, Portland, three counts of burglary, three counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 15, 2008, probation violation, sentenced to one year, probation partially revoked, restitution of $900 on second burglary charge; sentenced to five years, all but 15 months suspended, probation four years, restitution of $900 for all other charges.
Timothy D. Lagasse, 23, Auburn, two counts of burglary on June 17, 2008, probation violation, sentenced to 45 days, probation partially revoked and continued, restitution of $3,895.18 for each.
Kimberly A. Luce, 37, Strong, terrorizing on Feb. 12, assault on Feb. 11, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $500.
Sharon McNally, 52, West Farmington, unlawful furnishing scheduled drug on May 27, 2011, fined $400, sentenced to two years, all but five days suspended, probation one year, 100 hours of community service within 10 months.
Heather Moody, 24, Wilton, assault on Jan. 1, dismissed.
Darren S. Brann, 30, New Sharon, cultivating marijuana, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, failing to stop for officer, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on May 1, found guilty on first charge, fined $500; found guilty on second charge, fined $500; third charge dismissed; found guilty on fourth charge, fined $400.
Joshua Michael Brann, 25, Phillips, domestic violence terrorizing on April 2, 2011, found guilty, sentenced to 45 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Joshua Michael Brann, 25, Peru, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, violating condition of release on Nov. 23, 2011, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 45 days in jail; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 45 days in jail.
John R. Brennan, 55, Dixfield, violation condition of release on Nov. 3, 2011, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours in jail.
Rodney L. Bridges Jr., 21, Farmington Falls, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 4, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to seven days in jail.
Rodney L. Bridges, 21, Jay, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors on Jan. 9, permanently transferred to Superior Court.
Rodney L. Bridges Jr., 21, Jay, minor possessing liquor on Jan. 4, dismissed.
