OXFORD — Cole R. Cushman of Oxford was born and died on April 14, 2011 at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston. He is survived by his parents, Kelly White and Travis Cushman, both of Oxford; a sister, Layne White; a brother, Garret White; maternal grandparents, Debra and Michael West of Oxford and paternal grandparents, Patty and Joe Cushman of Mechanic Falls.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 23 at 11 a.m. at Chandler Funeral Homes & Cremation Service, 45 Main St., South Paris followed by burial at Oakdale Cemetery in Bolsters Mills.
