WEST PARIS — Scott T. Courbron, 43, of West Paris, died Monday, January 3 at Central Maine Medical Center.

He was born in Lewiston on February 15, 1967 the son of Roland and Phyllis Burrows Courbron. He attended the Word of Life Bible College for two years. He married Diane Chevrier on July 1, 1989.

He was Pastor at the First Baptist Church in Paris and the North Paris Federated Church. He was a member of the West Paris Baptist Church. He just finished his first book, waiting for it to be published. He worked as an EMT. He worked with his wife at Blueberry Mountain Bible Camp and Conference Center in Weld as Program Director’s.

He is survived by his wife, Diane of West Paris; his children, Timothy, Andrew and Elizabeth; his mother, Phyllis Lorraine Hawkes; his sister, Shari Sylvester; and his brother, Craig Courbron.

He was predeceased by his father, Roland. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, January 8 at 11 a.m. at the First Baptist Church in Paris.
