SOUTH PARIS — Margaret N. Meserve, 69, of South Paris, died Monday, January 3, 2011 at Stephens Memorial Hospital in Norway. She was born in South Paris on July 8, 1941, the daughter of Francis and Harriet Greenleaf Noyes. She graduated from Norway High School and had been employed at Pioneer Plastics, the Progress Center and retired from Karla Jacobson House. She was all about family, kids and grandchildren. She was a den mother and was the car pool mom. She was very involved in the kids' sports, as scorekeeper and snack shack director. She enjoyed fishing and camping.

Mrs. Meserve is survived by son, David Damon of Lewiston; daughter, Robin Damon of Auburn; son, Lennard Damon of Standish; daughter, Doreen Fortin of Lewiston; daughter, Renee Englehaupt of Oxford; two brothers, Hartley (Bud) Noyes and Erland (Bing) Noyes, both of Auburn; 11 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister, Beverly Treadwell.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 7 at 3 p.m. at Chandler Funeral Homes & Cremation Service, 45 Main St., South Paris with interment in the spring at Riverside Annex Cemetery in South Paris.
