Harvey P. Dumont

SOUTH PARIS — Harvey Phillip Dumont, 68, of South Paris died Wednesday, May 2, 2012 at his home. He was born in Attleboro, MA on April 19, 1944, the son of Herv and Rita Jalbert Dumont. He was a member of the first graduating class of Attleboro High School. He served our country in the U.S. Navy. He married Sandra L. Burns in 1965.

He had been a machinist, retiring from Dupont paint company after many years. He was a lifetime member of the Attleboro Moose Club. He enjoyed NASCAR and fishing.

Mr. Dumont is survived by three sons, Randal, Michael and Peter; several grandchildren; a brother, Leon Dumont and a sister, Anne Langevin. He was predeceased by his wife.
