Amy Howard and Andrew Kingman wed
BOSTON, MA — Amy Lynn Howard and Andrew Arnold Kingman of Boston were married on September 22, 2012. The couple were married in Congress Park in Saratoga Springs, NY and the reception was held in the historic Canfield Casino inside the park.
The ceremony was officiated by Matthew D. Sweet, a friend of both the bride and the groom. The bride is the daughter of Maureen Mooney-Howard and Jim Howard of Otisfield. The groom is the son of Wendy Nelson and S. Russell Kingman (deceased), and grew up on Cape Cod, MA.
The Maid of Honor was Christina Hanley of Boston. Bridesmaids were Sarah Howard and Catherine Howard of Maine, Alison McGlone of Boston, Amanda Green of California and Cora Weed of Seattle, WA. Flower Girl was Sophia Sirois, niece of the bride. The best man was Matt Veilleux of Boston. Groomsmen were Matt Sweet, Gared Schneberger and Neil Davis.
Amy, a graduate of Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School, has a Masters Degree in Social Work with a concentration in nonprofit management and resource development from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Skidmore College.
Amy is currently the Executive Director of Strong Women Strong Girls in Boston, MA. Mr. Kingman graduated with his Bachelor of Arts degree from Skidmore College, and his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School. He is an attorney at Goodwin Procter LLP in Boston, MA.
