Do you think we are tough enough on those who break the law?

I think that the judicial system is out of whack. We are too hard on lesser crimes and not hard enough on the worst cases. I'm not sure it's as just as it should be.

Depends on the law they're breaking. Like the arsonist in town, we could stand to be tougher on that. We're much too hard on possession of marijuana, stuff like that.

I've never dealt with the law too much. I've seen some crimes where we didn't handle it like we should. I think overall we do a decent job.

It's hard to say. I think there are some crimes that are punished too harshly and some that aren't punished enough.

Fines are good for creating revenue, but it seems like it doesn't go past that for certain crimes. It should.
