The following drivers were apprehended by local law enforcement and charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of an Intoxicating Substance (OUI):
Photo: John Hiram Pottle, 58, of Otisfield was arrested at 10 p.m. on December 9 on Bell Hill Road in Otisfield and charged with OUI. Maine State Trooper Greg Tirado made the arrest. Pottle has one prior OUI conviction from 2002.
Photo: Michael Wayne Batchelder, 55, of Paris was arrested at 11:30 p.m. on December 9 on Ryerson Hill Road in Paris and charged with OUI. Paris Police Officer Zane Loper made the arrest. Batchelder has one prior OUI conviction from 1991.
