OXFORD HILLS — Early in the season Oxford Hills suffered a humiliating 25 point loss at the hands of the Brunswick Dragons.

They looked for revenge on January 29. This time around, it was the Viking's turn to demolish Brunswick, winning by 22 points.

The Vikings came out strong, looking like they wanted a win.  The Big Three, Jake Plummer, Luke Davidson and Andrew Fleming all scored in the double digits, with 13, 11 and 14 points respectively.

Matty Beauchesne and Fleming played great defense as they held the Dragons two star guards Gordon and Black to a combined score of 10 points.

The game was exciting from start to finish. The Vikings held Brunswick to single-digit scoring in three of the four quarters.

Senior, Dakota Durgin waved goodbye to the Dragons as he scored the last two points of the game. The Vikings won 61-39.

The victory improved the boys' record to 7-8 on the season and put them in eighth place in the KVAC.

Thursday night Oxford Hills travels to Farmington to take on Mt. Blue in the last regular season game of the 2012-2012 season.
