Hebron girls defeat NYA in hockey

HEBRON — Hebron Academy girls' varsity hockey team hosted North Yarmouth Academy recently with a final score of Hebron 5, NYA 1.

In the first period, Hebron goals were scored by: Katie Couture, assisted by Kiana Melvin, at 11:14 and Couture, assisted by Shannon Bailey and Taylor Fowler, at 5:00.

In the second period, Abby Kinens scored for Hebron, assisted by Katie Couture and Elysabeth Jeffries, at 14:22.

Third period goals for Hebron were scored by Couture, unassisted, at 14:42 and Couture, assisted by Kinens, at 4:07. Madore scored for NYA, assisted by Block, at 2:10.

Goalies were Barnes for NYA and Michaela Clark for Hebron.
