Fall Shoot winners honored

WINNERS — Winners of the NPFG fall shoots include Arlin Bigelow, Wayne Alberi, William Akers, Sam Giles, Eric Adams, Tanner Marston and Orville Polland.

PARIS — The Norway-Paris Fish and Game Association honored the winners of the annual fall shoots at the October 17 club meeting. Following a potluck supper, the winners were announced and presented with trophies.

The winners in the Trap Shoot are: third place Orville Polland, second place Arlin Bigelow, and first place Sam Giles.

The Jr. winner in the Trap Shoot was Tanner Marston. In the Running Deer Shoots the winners are: third place Wayne Alberi, second place Arron Taylor and first place William Akers. The Jr. winner in the running deer was Colby Taylor.

The club would like to thank all those who participated in the shoots and those who stopped by for a visit and lunch. The proceeds of the shoots go into the general fund for range improvements, clubhouse maintenance and the club's sponsorship of several local youngsters to the University of Maine 4-H Camp and Learning Center at Bryant Pond.

The club meets the third Wednesday each month for a potluck supper at 6:30 p.m. with business meeting to follow.
