Annual trout sale opens

PARIS — Oxford County Soil and Water Conservation District announces that orders for delivery of Rainbow, Brown or Brook trout to private ponds are now being accepted.

All trout orders must be received by the end of May and the fish will be delivered directly to the pond by Pierce Associates/Shy Beaver Hatchery of West Buxton.

A Permit to Stock from the Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife is required and may be obtained by going to their website, or is available by calling or stopping in at the Oxford County Soil & Water Conservation District office at 17 Olson Road in South Paris.
