SAD 17

Thursday, January 24 — Whole wheat turkey wrap with cheese, lettuce and pickles, pretzels, kiwi and milk

Breakfast: String cheese, crackers,juice, fruit and milk

 Friday, January 25 — Meatball sub, corn, peaches and milk

Breakfast: Blueberry muffin, juice, fruit and milk
Monday, January 28 —
Corn dog, baked beans, pears and milk

Breakfast: Cereal, juice, fruit and milk

Tuesday, January 29 — Tomato soup, chicken salad on whole wheat bun, applesauce and milk

Breakfast: Nutrigrain, juice, fruit and milk

Wednesday, January 30 — Spaghetti with meat sauce, dinner roll, green beans, mixed fruit and milk

Breakfast: Cereal, juice, fruit and milk

Thursday, January 31 — Hot teriyaki chicken patty on bun, peas, Mandarin oranges and milk

Breakfast: Chocolate chip muffin, juice, fruit and milk

Friday, February 1 — Pizza dippers with marinara sauce, mixed vegetables, peaches, salad bar and milk

Breakfast: Cereal, juice, fruit and milk

 A half-pint of low fat white or chocolate milk is included with each meal and a salad bar with bread and fruit is offered daily. Alternate for the main entree is a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.  Menu is subject to change.

Breakfast: Notable toast O's or chocolate chip muffin

Monday, January 28 — Chicken and cheese quesadilla or ham salad sandwich, seasoned rice, whole kernel corn, salsa, fresh fruit choice and mixed fruit

Breakfast; Notable honey nut scooters or breakfast cereal bar

Tuesday, January 29 — Chicken and gravy or hamburger on a bun, creamy mashed potato, peas, cranberry sauce, ice cream cup and fruit choices

Breakfast: Notable marshmallow mateys or egg and cheese wrap

Wednesday, January 30 — Pizza with whole grain crust or Italian sandwich on whole grain roll, Caesar salad and banana

Breakfast: Notable apple all sports breakfast or egg and cheese on a whole grain biscuit

Friday, January 25 — Pasta Day:  Spaghetti with meat sauce and garlic bread stick or spaghetti with plain sauce and garlic bread stick, tossed garden salad with romaine, three bean salad, diced peaches, diced pears, applesauce and milk

Monday, January 28  —  In Service Day. No School.

Tuesday, January 29 — Burger Day: Chicken burger on whole grain bun or cheeseburger on whole grain bun, spiral fries, spinach and cranberries salad, cukes, pickles, tomatoes, strawberries, orange wedges, Oreos and milk
