Aspire Higher

Reality shows may seem stupid, but they aspired me to want to work in the food industry.  Food scientists or possibly a chef.  I am still pondering on that but I've got an idea of what I want to do.

One possible career path is the science of food, a food scientist.  The first thing I have to do as a child, which is to pay attention in science class, especially chemistry.  Next, I will probably take classes about what reacts to this?  Why does this happen?  I think all of my food science dreams are a reality.

Another pebble career path is to become a chef.  First, I have to know what I am doing and maybe try things out at home.  Next, I will go to culinary school to learn more of the craft or possibly skip that step and learn on my own.

 Lastly, I will make my way up the culinary ladder and start as a dish washer, next sous chef of chef de cuisine.  Then the glorious executive chef.  I know it is going to take a long time to get that ranking.

If you asked me what I wanted to be in ten years, or maybe one year, I will want to be something completely different.  But, I hope this career path works for me.
