Rugg receives nursing degree

PRESQUE ISLE — Julie Kristen Rugg, daughter of Dennis and Jan Rugg of South Paris, graduated in May from Northern Maine Community College in Presque Isle with an Associates Degree in Nursing.

A 2006 graduate of Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School, Julie received a Bachelors Degree in Biology from the University of Maine Presque Isle in 2010.

She is currently working as an RN at a local hospital.
