QuickBooks course offered

AUBURN — The Corporate and Community Services Department at Central Maine Community College will offer Introduction to QuickBooks 2011 on Mondays, November 19 through January 7, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. The cost is $275 and includes all materials.

QuickBooks is one of the most popular small-business computer accounting packages available. Class participants will learn how to set up an accounting system for a company, manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, create invoices, print checks and create financial statements. ABCs of Accounting is a prerequisite for this class or permission of the instructor.
