Project Management course offered at CMCC

AUBURN — The Corporate and Community Services department at Central Maine Community College will offer the Essentials of Project Management on Wednesdays, September 26 through October 3, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The cost is $169 and includes all materials.

Essentials of Project Management teaches technical and non-technical professionals how to plan, organize, and complete projects on time and on budget.

Participants will learn how to use a variety of project management methods and tools including problem solving, work breakdown structure, estimating and forecasting, project scheduling, and Gantt charting and contingency planning.
