Chipman earns degree

ELMIRA, NY — Elmira College held its 157th Commencement on Sunday, June 3 at the First Arena, in Elmira, NY.

Amy Chipman of Poland earned a Bachelor of Arts degree Cum Laude in Childhood Education and Mathematics.
