Local students earn degrees

BURLINGTON, VT — Three local residents were among the 2,552 students awarded a variety of bachelor's degrees during the University of Vermont's 209th Commencement ceremonies on May 20.

Kelsey D. McLaren of Harrison received a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Movement Sciences; Hannah S. Strauss of Waterford received a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics Nutrition & Food Sciences and Stephanie L. Wallingford of Minot received a Bachelor of Science Cum Laude in Elementary Education K-6.
