Scholarship available

STATEWIDE — The Nell Goff Memorial Scholarship of $1000 is available to a Maine resident entering his or her junior or senior year in the fall of 2013. The degree work must be in horticulture or a related field.

The application can be obtained, and details are available, by visiting The Garden Club Federation of Maine website, mainegardenclubs.org, under the scholarship tab. Applications may also be obtained by emailing lindynduff@hotmail.com, and the application will be mailed to you. The deadline has been extended to March 15.

Also available is a $3000 scholarship with similar requirements. Details may be obtained by visiting mainegardenclubs.org, under Scholarships.
