Lewis Gray

POLAND — Lewis Gray, 78, of Poland, went to be with the Lord on November 18, 2012. He was born on May 4, 1934 in Greene, the son of Eugene and Vena Davis Gray. He married Carlene Strout on June 11, 1955. He served in the Air Force from 1957 until 1961. He was a member of the Grace Fellowship Church in Oxford.

Mr. Gray is survived by his wife; his daughter, Gloria and her husband Don Herrick and his son, Michael; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a sister, Cathy Goulding and a brother, Glen and his wife Gloria. He was predeceased by his parents and two brothers.

Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, November 24, at Grace Fellowship Church in Oxford. Arrangements are under the direction of Chandler Funeral Homes and Cremation Service, 26 W. Dwinal St., Mechanic Falls. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to either Grace Fellowship Church or The Disabled Veterans of America.
