Velma K. Kimball

POLAND — Velma K. Kimball, 74, of Poland passed away October 19, 2012 at Stephens Memorial Hospital in Norway. She was born in Lewiston on July 26, 1938, the daughter of Bernard and Elizabeth Whittier Martin. She attended Poland area schools. She married Lloyd Kimball on May 20, 1961; they lived in Meriden, CT before returning to Poland 16 years ago. She enjoyed doing puzzles, going out to eat and spending time with her family.

Mrs. Kimball is survived by her husband, Lloyd; a son, Ricardo Kimball and his wife Jessica of Guilford, CT; a daughter, Susan Scott and her husband George of Brownington, VT; two brothers, Orrin Martin and his wife Elaine of SC and Francis Martin of Poland; two sisters, Connie Taker of Poland, and Sheila Hull and her husband John of East Hamden, CT; four grandchildren, Heather Dieda and her husband Junior, Eric Scott and his wife Trueley, all of Brownington, VT, Stephanie Kimball and her fiancé Adrian Elder of New Haven, CT and Tiffaney Kimball of Guilford, CT and several great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents and a brother, Lewis Martin.
