AUBURN — Russell Charles Frechette, 31, of Auburn, passed away Saturday morning, October 6, 2012 at CMMC in Lewiston following injuries resulting from a tragic accident Friday night. He was born on February 5, 1981, the son of Gary Frechette and Brenda (Voisine) Kimball. He grew up in the Lewiston area and attended Lewiston and Oxford Hills schools. He was a construction and carpentry employee for I.R.C. in Lewiston.

He will always be remembered for his enjoyments of hunting, fishing and skiing. He was a devoted and avid New England sports fan. He loved hanging out with all of his nieces and nephews and he loved all children. One of his favorite quotes was “Life’s a garden, dig it!” Most of all, he liked people and loved to make people smile.

Mr. Frechette is survived by his father, Gary Frechette and his wife Cathy of South Paris; his mother, Brenda Kimball and her significant other Michael Larochelle of Auburn; his sisters, Esther Henry and her husband Ray of Auburn and Joy Willard and her husband Matthew of Norway and his step-sister, Jamie Lewis of Auburn. He also leaves behind three nieces, Madelyn, Abbigail, and Jeanae as well as one nephew, Isaiah. He will be sadly missed by many friends and family members.

Visitation was held on Monday and Tuesday, October 8 and 9 at The Fortin Group\Auburn. A Memorial Service took place on Tuesday, October 9 at the funeral home.
