HALLOWELL — A graveside memorial service for Roscoe A. Downing, who passed away on June 10, will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, September 17 at the Hallowell Cemetery on Water St. in Hallowell.

A reception for family and friends will follow at Joyce’s Restaurant, 192 Water St. in Hallowell.
