I hate it. That just means more money going out with the bills than it already is.

No, not really. I think that although they seem high right now, they aren’t. A little more public spending on health and schools would be good. Corporations should pay more, and do a little more for society.

Yes, I think they’re high enough already. I’m not a smoker, but they put enough taxes on them. What about alcohol? They put enough taxes on the poor people who are working.

I would be worried about the local taxes. I’m not worried about the federal taxes. At my age, there’s a lot more to worry about, and there’s nothing I can do, so why worry about it?
