Are you planning on shopping locally this holiday?

Photo:

Yes I do. It's just a lot easier and it helps with the economy. I'd rather help downtown Norway than Lewiston or Portland –  Norway needs the help more than big cities or chain stores.

I've already shopped at Books N Things, but there's a certain store at the mall to hit for my children.

Yeah, just to help people out, help out the local economy. I can somewhat find everything I need around here.

I do some, but I like to go to the city.

Yes. I don't find everything I need, but I hate to drive. I'll shop here for what I can't get online. I wish there were more stores around, something more than Walmart would be nice.

I am, I just bought a car. I think it's important to keep our towns busy and booming.

Absolutely. I work for a local vendor and it's important to keep money in the community.

We always buy locally, it's closer and easier. We get our Christmas tree locally and all our presents to support our local economy.

Yes, it's good to support the local economy. I find pretty much everything I need around here.

Oh yeah, it's convenient and you don't have to go very far. If you travel to shop, it adds to the cost. We love to buy locally.
