They keep taking away from MaineCare and giving it to people who come into the country. It should be somewhere in the election to give MaineCare to veterans and their families.

More independents having a chance to win and less of the two-party system. It's not working anymore.

Negative ads. I think this world has a lot of negativity and when a person is running for president it shouldn't be about bashing. There's enough of it without a potential leader doing that.

I think Maine does a good job with the elections. It is much simpler to vote and there is more access to voting here than where I lived in Massachussetts.

I think the electoral college is antiquated. We have the technology to count each and everyone's vote. The electoral college should be dissipated.

A new president. Take the people vote instead of the electoral vote.

I think the main thing is they keep complaining about how there are no jobs and then they go out and spend $2 billion on election. Somebody isn't thinking. I don't understand.

Definitely less negative ads. They are mean. We have enough negativity in this world.

I'd like to see less negative ads. I'd rather see them personally tell us what they are about rather than bashing their opponent.

I would like to see more positivity with the candidates. Tell me what's good, not what's bad.
