Car crashes into Paris Dunkin' Donuts entryway

ACCELERATED — A Ford Taurus driven by Maria Whitney, 56, of Norway crashed into the entrance at Dunkin' Donuts in Paris on November 8 around 7:35 a.m, according to reports. Three Paris police officers and Chief David Verrier were next door at Burger King and witnessed the entire crash, reports say. Police reported that instead of pulling into the parking spot and stopping, the sedan drove up onto the curb and smashed into the building.Whitney was not injured, but the vehicle sustained $3,000 in damage and the building was also badly damaged, according to reports.
