OHMS students tour Norway's historic Main Street

HISTORICAL —   Sue Denison of the Norway Historical Society gives Oxford Hills Middle School seventh graders a tour of Norway's historic Main Street on Friday, beginning at the Norway Historical Museum across from the Advertiser Democrat and ending at Lynn Street. 

TOURING NORWAY —   Sue Denison of the historical society talks about the historic buildings, former industries and how the Great Fire in 1894 changed the landscape of Main Street during a tour for OHMS seventh graders Friday. Denison shows the students a picture of the old Elm House that sat where the current Fare Share Market is. According to Denison, the Fare Share Market has been in business for 30-plus years.
