Fire Marshal's Office investigates vehicle fire in West Paris

CAUSE UNKNOWN —  The State Fire Marshal's Office on Tuesday continued to investigate the cause of a fire that engulfed a truck on Tuelltown Road in West Paris at 5:18 a.m. Monday, according to published reports. West Paris Fire Chief Norm St. Pierre reported that the truck's owner, Thomas Cowdry of Mexico left the vehicle parked on the side of the road three or four days before it was set on fire. According to St. Pierre, the fire was under control by West Paris firefighters within a half hour.
