Head-on collision in Paris sends one driver to SMH

HEAD-ON CRASH —   Kyle Hewins, 24, of Leeds, was traveling on Oxford Street in Paris in a 2002 Chevrolet pickup when he lost control of his truck, skidded across the roadway and struck, head-on, a 1999 Ford pickup, driven by Daniel Perron, 39, of West Sumner, according to Paris Police Chief Mike Dailey. Perron was transported to Stephens Memorial Hospital in Norway by PACE ambulance for minor injuries, Dailey said. Hewins was not injured. According to Dailey, the weather and road conditions contributed to the accident. No charges were filed.
