POOR VISIBILITY —   This 2002 Suzuki, driven by Crystal Moore, 22, of Harrison, was traveling north on Route 117 in Norway on February 8 around 2:45 p.m. when she rear-ended a 2012 Chevy Traverse driven by Nicholas Paine, 27, of Otisfield, after he reduced speed in front of her due to white-out driving conditions, reported Norway Police Officer Rob Federico, Jr. According to Federico, Moore was unable to slow down in time to avoid hitting the vehicle in front of her. Paine had a few other passengers, Koti Paine, Cole Mackintosh, Kennedy Hewitt and Chloe Hewitt, but none of them, including the driver, were injured, Federico said. Moore complained of pain in her chest and stomach and one of her passengers, Justin St. Pierre, complained of a possible injury in his neck, he said. Her other passenger, Thomas Dyer, did not complain of injury, Federico reported. PACE Ambulance responded.
